  • Process bookings and facilitate scheduling between Account Holders and End Clients;
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions;
  • Send transactional communications (e.g., booking confirmations, account notices);

4. Legal Basis for Processing (UK/EEA Users)

We rely on the following legal bases:

  • Contract: to provide the Service you’ve signed up for;

  • Consent: for optional marketing communications and certain non-essential cookies;
  • Legal obligation: to comply with applicable law (e.g., tax, accounting).

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with:

  • Service providers: hosting, database, and infrastructure providers (e.g., [HOSTING PROVIDER]), payment processors, email/marketing providers (e.g., Loops), and customer support tools — each under contractual data protection obligations;

6. International Data Transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EEA (for example, to service providers in the United States), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or transfers to jurisdictions covered by an adequacy decision.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Account and booking data is generally retained for [PERIOD, e.g., 6 years after account closure] to meet accounting and legal requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
